Welcome to Thankful Platter. The idea for this blog originated in August 2011 as my husband and I were preparing for a three month trip to Italy. I wanted to creatively document our adventures abroad in a way that we could easily share with family and friends back home.
Now that we are back in the Pacific Northwest, my hope is that this site will be a place where I can share our adventures with you through stories, photographs, and poems - and always served up on a platter of thankfulness. Enjoy!
